İslami Portal'ı hesap açmadan kullanabilirsiniz; hesap açtıysanız hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.

Uygulamada (hemen)

1. İslami Portal uygulamasını ya da islamiportal.com'u açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
2. Sağ üstteki profil simgesine dokunun (Profil & Ayarlar).
3. Hesabı sil'e dokunun ve onay için şifrenizi girin.

E-posta ile

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınızın e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin; hesabınız en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

Silinen veriler

E-posta adresiniz, adınız, şifreniz (hash), oturumlarınız ve eşitlenen tüm veriler (ayarlar ve seçili konum, favoriler, Kur'an ve hikâye ilerlemesi) kalıcı olarak silinir. Saklanan başka veri yoktur. Cihazınızdaki yerel veriler uygulamayı kaldırınca silinir.

İslami Portal — Account and data deletion

You can use İslami Portal without an account; if you created one, you can delete it and all your data at any time.

In the app (immediately)

1. Open the İslami Portal app or islamiportal.com and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right (Profile & Settings).
3. Tap Delete account and enter your password to confirm.

By e-mail

If you cannot access the app, send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion" from your account's e-mail address to [email protected]; your account is deleted within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your e-mail address, name, password (hash), sessions and all synced data (settings and chosen location, favourites, Qur'an and story progress) are permanently deleted. No other data is kept. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
